Fiske goes up for a solo block against Hope International

The three final NAIA Men's Volleyball Players of the Week of the 2014 season have been announced by the National Office. Concordia's Kevin Fiske earned the NAIA Setter of the Week for his play during the NAIA National Conference Tournament. Fiske was selected from nominees submitted by teams from four conferences in the NAIA.

Fiske, a senior setter from Santa Ana, Calif., and the defending NAIA Men's Volleyball National Invitational Tournament champions currently stand at 26-5 on the year and are ranked No. 1 in the NAIA.

Concordia went a perfect 4-0 through the NAIA National Conference Tournament with Fiske averaging 10.8 assists/set, 1.18 digs/set, and 0.73 blocks/set. Concordia will enter the national invitational tournament as the No. 1 seed. The Eagles are in search of their second-straight NAIA Men's Volleyball national championship.

Concordia will travel to the Galen Center on Thursday, April 3 to face the USC Trojans for their final regular-season game before travelling to Denver for the NAIA National Invitational Tournament.
