BAKERSFIELD, CA --- The Eagles fell behind by an 11-4 tally by halftime of a 16-10 loss to Cal State Bakersfield, and Concordia was downed by an 11-4 final score to Brown in a pair of defeats at the Roadrunner Invitational Friday.

The losses snap a three-game winning streak for Concordia, which falls to 8-10 on the season.

Sam Gelberger and Danielle O'Toole each netted five goals on the day, including four apiece in the opener, and Pelin Chalayan scored twice in the loss to Brown. Tuesday Schellinger and Alex Barnes each posted a goal in the loss to Cal State Bakersfield.

Goalie Lauren Biberston recorded nine saves on the day.

Concordia next plays NAIA foe Fresno Pacific tomorrow (March 28) starting at 11 a.m. in Fresno.
