IRVINE, CA --- Cameron Bayne, the 13th-round choice of the Chicago White Sox in the 2009 MLB First-Year Player Draft, has officially signed with the South Siders and will report to Pioneer Rookie League affiliate Great Falls (MT), it was announced this week.
Concordia's highest-ever selection in the draft, at 403, Bayne joins a team that opened its season with a 9-1 loss to Cincinnati Reds farm club Billings (MT) last night.
