Summer Update

A dozen of Bayne's 2009 Eagle teammates are playing in collegiate wood-bat leagues around the nation throughout the summer.

Richard Barrett threw seven shutout innings where he struck out five and allowed three walks and three hits but did not factor into the decision for the Redding Colt .45s of the West Coast Tri-State League.

A 2009 senior at Concordia, John Kennedy joins Mike DiRocco and Daniel Heben on the California Mariners, who play their home games at Santa Ana College.
