IRVINE, CA --- Concordia, which ended its 2009 campaign ranked No. 11 in the final CWPA Coaches Poll, will host the Columbian National Team tonight (July 8) and Tuesday (July 13) in scrimmages at Northwood High School, with both matches going from 6:30-8 p.m.
The 2010 Eagles are looking to improve upon a 25-6 mark posted a year ago, where Concordia went 9-5 against teams ranked in the CWPA Coaches Poll.
The first official match of the season for the Eagles will take place Sept. 4 at the UC San Diego Triton Invitational in La Jolla, Calif., but Concordia will unofficially open the season Sept. 2 with a scrimmage at NAIA rival California Baptist.
