Chris Gould - Head Coach - 2nd Season
Head Coach
After playing for two years in an Eagles' uniform and graduating with both his bachelor's ('06) and master's ('07) degrees from Concordia, Chris Gould begins his second season as Concordia's first-ever Director of Soccer.
 
Gould, in his first head coaching position at the collegiate level, is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) ‘A' license holder and spent two seasons as the top assistant at Irvine Valley College and has served as an age-group head coach for the Irvine Strikers for the past four years.
 
As a player at Concordia, Gould scored 16 goals-including five game-winners-and tallied 42 points, as he helped the Eagles win their first-ever Golden State Athletic Conference title in 2005.
 
He was named team captain and MVP of the national championship title-winning team at Irvine Valley College in 2003, and served as team captain while at Concordia.
 
Gould, who earned his bachelor's in the spring of 2006, also spent the 2006 and 2007 campaigns as a graduate assistant while finishing up his bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship. He earned a Master of Business Administration, finishing in 2007.
 
Gould and his wife, Dara, were married June 26, 2009 and currently reside in Huntington Beach.

Cheyne Gordon Image
Cheyne Gordon - Assistant Coach - 2nd Season
Assistant Coach
In his second season as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's teams, Cheyne Gordon serves under his former teammate in Director of Soccer Chris Gould.
Gordon, who earned his bachelor's from Concordia in 2005, is currently coaching for the Irvine Strikers. In the past he has coached in the RSM Storm and Orange County Blue Star club programs.
He also served as a varsity men's assistant coach for Canyon High School from 2002-2004.
A four-year player at Concordia, Gordon served as a team captain. He scored 15 goals and racked up 46 career points thanks to 16 assists-which ranks No. 4 on the school charts.
Gordon is married with two children (Kendall & Jonah) and resides in Anaheim Hills.

Mike Oseguera Image
Mike Oseguera - Assistant Coach - 1st Season
Assistant Coach
After serving the past year as a graduate assistant for Concordia's men's and women's soccer teams, Mike Oseguera begins his first year as a full-time assistant coach for both programs.
 
A four-year student-athlete at NCAA Div. I University of California Berkley, Oseguera was named an All-Pac-10 honorable mention as a 2003 sophomore, and he was on the Pac-10 championship team in 2006.
 
At Cal, Oseguera trained under former U.S. National Team goalkeeper Henry Foulk, who has sent five goalkeepers to the professional level in only eight years. Oseguera played 18 games as a redshirt freshman in 2003 and posted a 0.96 goals-against average.
 
Oseguera began his coaching career as a goalkeeper coach and graduate assistant at Cal State Fullerton in 2007, and coached at Patedores FC in 2007-08. He currently serves as goalkeeper coach for Irvine Strikers Soccer Club.
 
A standout at Marina High School in Huntington Beach, Oseguera currently serves as an assistant and goalkeeper coach for Premier Development League member Orange County Blue Stars.
 
Oseguera holds a Class "D" license and has trained goalkeepers who have played at eight different four-year institutions, including University of San Diego and Virginia Tech.
 
Oseguera lives in Huntington Beach, where he attends Calvary Chapel Refuge.

Adrian Martinez Image
Adrian Martinez - Grad Assistant - 1st Season
Grad Assistant
After playing out his collegiate career as a four-year starter at Concordia, Adrian Martinez begins his first year as part of the coaching staff, as a graduate assistant for the men's and women's programs.
 
Martinez played in 81 games over his career, where he was twice named to the All-Golden State Athletic Conference team. He dealt out 19 assists, which ranks fourth on the all-time charts, and also chipped in four goals while in an Eagles uniform.
 
A 2010 graduate from Concordia, Martinez is currently pursuing a master's degree in coaching and athletics administration at Concordia.
