The Athletic Training Student is chosen on quality of character and
performance. You will be expected to perform your best in both the
classroom and clinical settings. The student will also be expected to
act and dress professionally because your actions and appearance
directly influence perceptions of our program and our profession.
Time spent in the athletic training room will be treated as a class and
a job. It is a learning situation, but the schedule dictated by our
profession may not follow the traditional university schedule.
Therefore, students may be expected to work weekends or holidays when
the university is traditionally closed.
All
students must adhere to the NATA Code of Ethics. As a student of
Concordia University, you will also be required to uphold the mission
of the university and pursue learning, service and leadership. With
