The Concordia Eagles women's soccer team is proud to announce the signing of seven new recruits for the 2013 season.

The 2012 Concordia women's soccer team came out of the gates strong with two wins over top-25 teams.  They defeated #16 Trinity Christian at home 4-0 in their season opener on August 22^nd and beat #12 CSU San Marcos at home 1-0 in overtime on September 13.  The Eagles went 9-9 and shutout their opponent in all nine of their victories.

Sophomore Megan Daniels and senior Audrey McKay were both selected to the All-GSAC team this week.  Daniels' earns the honor in her first season at Concordia.  McKay finishes her career as a three-time GSAC choice.

The #3 seed Concordia Eagles are back in the NAIA National Tournament for the first time since 2008.  This year, their fifth trip all-time, the Eagles will host the #30 seed Our Lady of the Lake Saints on Saturday, November 17 at 12 pm, at Eagles Field in the NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Opening Round.

The Concordia Eagles led for 55 minutes of their First Round matchup of the 2012 GSAC Tournament on Tuesday, October 30 at #24 The Master's, but two second half Mustangs goals equaled defeat for CU.
